About Theraspace.

Theraspace Fitness & Wellbeing is a private gym in Clayton West, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire specialising in bespoke personal training packages for individuals and small groups. Theraspace also offers sports massage therapy treatments Power Plate vibration technology, and and post-injury rehabilitation.

Martyn Gregg at Theraspace works with you to achieve your own fitness goals by improving your movement, flexibility and strength. We'll use our 25 years of experience to plan an individual Personal Training programme and recovery plan to help get you moving on your fitness journey.

Movement & Flexibility.

Our body needs good flexibility to move safely in every-day life, not just on the sports field.

We take flexibility seriously and regard this as good preparation for all physical activity. As we age, endure traumas and injuries, or simply repeat movements our muscles can become tight and less mobile. Theraspace works on lengthening your muscles for better movement and flexibility.

Strength.

Most people have strength goals in mind, and these are likely to vary greatly depending on your  age, gender and lifestyle.

Theraspace will work with you to achieve your individual goals, whether you're looking to increase your power and performance or endurance training to compete in your next ironman race. Our experience in sports rehabilitation and massage can also complement your training regime.

Recovery.

Recovery is the first step towards achieving your fitness goals and overall wellbeing.

If you're training hard it's important there's as much planning going into your recovery as your training programme. As well as avoiding injury, you'll keep your body in optimal condition for your next activity, whether it's a walk in the park or an ultra-marathon.
