Bone Density

BioDensity incorporates patented software that measures and analyses your physical exertion against optimal markers for your age, weight and other metabolic factors.

We calibrate the BioDensity pressure plates using biomechanical principles and capture the force exerted at key skeletal points on the body, targeting areas most commonly linked to deterioration of bone density.

 

Bone Scanning with Screen My Bones

Track your progress over a defined period of time and we can also incorporate a REMS technology Bone Scan into your personalised programme to monitor your T score and bone fragility provided by Screen My Bones UK.

Power Plate

Together with traditional weight training we can incorporate Power Plate into your programme to complement your personal bone strength journey.

Why is Bone Health Important?

Deterioration of bone density is a natural symptom of aging presenting as the conditions Osteopenia and Osteoporosis. This can occur at any age but likelihood tends to increase as we get older when we tend to become less active and therefore mobility and the forces exerted by the body decrease.

However, there are lots we can do to slow the process and in some cases it can be reversed. Using technology such as BioDensity and PowerPlate together with weight training we can develop a tailored programme to suit both your time and body goals.
