Theraspace Fitness & Wellbeing offers group fitness classes and group training sessions in Clayton West, Huddersfield.

Thraspace is committed to following the latest government guidance on coronavirus restrictions. Group sessions will re-commence from the middle of May 2021. Sign up to our mailing list or follow us on Facebook for updates.
Group training sessions.
For the time being group classes and sessions are suspended under the current government COVID-19 legislation.
Tailored sessions.
Sessions will be formed around the needs of the group. This may be High Intensity Interval Training HIIT, circuit training or a general blend of cardio and strength work.

You may prefer to focus on specific areas like Legs, Bums and Tums, Core Fitness, Upper Body Strength or HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Whatever you and your buddy-bubble are looking for we can offer the support you need to improve your health and wellbeing.
